Sivras Magazine app for iPhone and iPad

Sivras is a "hybrid" publication consisting of a magazine that is accompanied by content in augmented (AR) and virtual reality (VR). For the first issue, artists Roxman Gatt, Alix Marie, Rosie Gibbens, Boi Hugo and Laila Majid have been invited to respond to the notions of body politics - feminitity and virility conceptions, queer identity, censorship, body fragmentation - augmentation and consumerism culture, among others. The publication aims to translate the work of the featured artists in an interactive, immersive experience through the development of virtual reality environments with performative elements as well as a mobile AR application allowing image tracking and additional interaction.
